The focus was being truly passionate about the story. We, (the participants) were encouraged to stay in difficult places in the story. Such as places that didn’t make much sense, or felt uncomfortable to tell for some reason or another.
Attending the course opened my ears and eyes and mind to very practical and useful ways to add rigour to my approach to practice. During the course we also learned how to give useful but compassionate peer feedback.
